I love this bath salt I use it before my periods and really helps my cramps I do about 3 cups!

I use this salt for my feet as well as use it in my bath water, I like that it doesn’t have a strong scent.

Friend recommended. I use it at night in bath to relieve pain and inflammation. Small bag easy to manage and not heavy to pack on trip if needed.

I soak my feet and it helps make them smooth with a little help from a brush. The scented ones left a lingering smell in the room.
