Brazilian cheese rolls are wonderful
This is wonderful stuff. Each bag makes around 70 cheese bread rolls, and it's simple to mix in some eggs and a pile of cheese, then roll it out. My kids love it, and it tastes about like what I've had in Brazilian bbq places. I will say I've tried putting meatballs, pepperoni, and corn inside. Interestingly, whenever you put something inside it tends to puff out around it, so you can shake it and hear the thing rolling inside. Of the various things I tried, I think the meatball worked out the best.

Perfect quality
Works as well as starting cheese bread from sour tapioca but with more cheesy flavor. I add more grated cheese too. I've bought it again and again from this same vendor. Highly recommended

The best Brazilian cheese bread mix....
Of all the Brazil cheese bread mixes this is by far my favorite! I have tasted and compared every brand using same eggs, cheese and backing time, and this is the one that tastes the best, awsome crust on the outside and soft airy bread in center. Unlike the other brands these rolls are as good on the second day. Pssst .... even my cat loves them, especially the crust, it's the cheese of course. :-)The way I figured out to make the best use of the fact that this is not premeasured for a batch of 12 - 16 rolls ..I measured that there is a total of 9 cups of flour in the bag, (1kg) The boxed premeasured package equals 250gr. So, 1 kg = 4 x 250gr so I devided the 9cups by 4 = 2 1/4 cup per batch, 2 med eggs, 1/2 cup water and 1 cup shredded cheese of your choice, my favorite andStar-Babie's <~~~ my kitty cat, is a Mexican mix. Bake in preheated oven on center rack for 30 min. Next, enjoy, enjoy, enjoy. The advantage to buying in bulk, so to speak, is that it's always ready for another batch, small or large.Celiac and Gluten, and not Milk free: Be aware that even without adding cheese there is milk in the ingredients in the form of whey, parmesan cheese and whole milk powder. It's only Gluten free in as much as the product does not have gluten in it but for celiac patients should not assume that this is produced and packed in a gluten free environment. It is definitely going to be my only cheese bread mix I will buy from hear on in.Okay, I am off to munch on the batch I just taken out of my toaster oven, ahh it smells sooo good! No, you can't have any of mine, you'r going to have to make your own. ;-)!, but I will share with my faithful companion who's looking at my rolls with a longing look in her deep black eyes.... but she doesn't eat much :-) I get the rest. It's awsome living alone...Lol

This is the best brand
This is the best and easiest brand to make pão de queijo at home. I know how to make it from scratch but it is much harder. This one you just follow the measurements and add a little extra salt besides the cheese and it’s perfect. 10/10 recommend.

Great taste and super easy to make! See the converted instructions...
This is awesome! Some people commented here about the problems they had with the consistency of the dough while making it, but I think it must be due to mistakes when converting the measurements into american measurements. I found 'converted' instructions posted for this same bread mix elsewhere on Amazon and followed those and it was so super easy to make it - nothing sticking to my hands or to the bowl, no need either grease my hands or dust them with flour... Here are the instructions I followed (the only changes I made - added some garlic salt and made 40 little balls, not 35):Recipe for 17.6 oz of Amafil Cheese Bread Mix (which is half of this bag of 1 kg/35.2 oz:1 - Place in a bowl 17.6 oz of Amafil Cheese Bread Mix. Add 4 medium eggs and 7 oz of shredded cheese (preferably mozzarella cheese). Knead well.2 - Add little by little 6.8 fl. oz of water (room temperature), mixing well until dough is uniform and sticky on the hand but not to the bowl.3 - Divide the dough, make balls in the desired size and place in flat pans. If necessary, grease hands with butter.4 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until the cheese bread are lightly browned.Makes 35 units of 1 oz each approximately.

Erase all doubts, this is the stuff!
Easy and Delicious. The translated directions are easy to follow, the dough comes together really easy and doesn't stick to hands once a cohesive mass. I made about 2/3 of the dough into balls (35) and they baked up within the 30 min time. Made some larger and some smaller..the larger ones got puffier and had the distinctive dark spots and good crunch but the smaller ones had more crunch outside. The insides were cheesy and soft as they should be and I even had seasoned the flour with garlic and onion powders. Cheese I used was all Mozz with a few tablespoons of Parm. Will try the rest of the dough tomorrow after plastic wrapping and keeping in bag...just to see how it stands up. Great value on a great product we really enjoy every time w get Brazilian BQ.

Delicious
The ingredients are listed in English, but the directions are in Portuguese... I speak Spanish, but I couldn't puzzle out the directions. I found the Amafil directions translated online. 500g bread mix; 4 medium eggs, 200g grated cheese and 200 ml room temperature water. They recommend mozzarella, but I used a combo of different cheeses that included mozzarella, Parmesan and sharp cheddar, Jack cheese. Put all the ingredients except the water in a bowl, Mix and knead well. Slowly add the water until the mixture sticks to your hands but not so much to the bowl. When the batter felt right, I used an ice cream scoop (sprayed with Pam) and baked them on a silpat for 25-30 minutes until lightly browned. Oh so good. I've made 5 batches so far... One to test the recipe (my family ate them all) and 2 double recipes for a family birthday dinner for 16. The rolls stole the show and I served lobster and rib eye steaks. Go figure.
