Q: will this fit my 1999 gmc k1500 suburban drivers seat? it looks pretty close to the original.

This power seat motor is for a Ford Explorer. I am not sure of the exact year but I do know it is from a Ford. Hope this helps.

Q: Will the shaft extend on both sides of the motor?

The drive is a 4mm square hole through the gear. So, a 4mm square rod/bar will pass all the way through. By the way, those end thingies with the large OD are pressed on, not very well, and can be removed by twisting them off with pliers. They come off at that parting line. This thing has just enough power to drive the X axis on my Chinese Mini-mill. I use a PWM controller.

Q: what is the power connector or plug or terminal do I need?

If you get a pigtail from a 2006 Expedition 3rd row connecter. I don't know what your application is for, but the connecter that will fit will be from the expedtion. Hope it helps.

Q: Looking for motor for seat for a 89 cadillac eldorado

We have similiar motors but I will have to try and cross reference this motor to see if it fits the 89 Cadillac eldorado.
