Danco Spring-Loaded Toilet Paper Holder Rod, Chrome, 1-Set (88905)

While this product works well, it is minimal in aesthetics. It’s plastic and the plastic silver paint will eventually peel, I feel. It’s more expensive than it should be. I’ve seen better quality metal brands at the local hardware chain store and WALMART for much less! In this case you don’t get what you paid for and I am disappointed in the quality. I do not recommend it. You can go to any discount store and get exact quality for a fraction of the cost

Fits the 1920s cove in the wall and is the appropriate size on each end to fit the holes in the tile. Hard to find and bought multiple before landing on this one, so very happy with this exact size.

I’m not displeased with this purchase, even though I found a Moen Brand roller dispenser for significantly less money after I bought this. This toilet paper roller definitely does what it is supposed to do and the paper rolls with ease. It’s universal due to the springs, so it fits just right. Despite it looking and feeling somewhat cheap being made with ultra lightweight plastic, painted silver too I believe…it doesn’t show any signs of easily breaking. The spring quality seems decent. I imagine it’s going to last a while, or at least I hope so. Not the end of the world if it doesn’t. Idk about the value of the purchase though.

our house was built in the 1940s, when i received this for the second floor bathroom i noticed that it would not fit the tissue holder --- it was just a hairline too big... but it was very well made, light and nice --- just didn't fit...

The product spec says it’s 6.5” inches long. Well, it’s only 6.25 and does not fit my TP holder. I bought it BECAUSE you said it was 6.5”! I’m not going to return it because it’s not worth my time. Guys, get your measurements corrected. You wasted my time and money.

While this looks nice and seems to work okay, it is not as large as described and therefore useless to me. The description says its 6.5 inches long, which is how big the space is between the posts in my my bathroom. Unfortunately, this is closer to 6.25 inches and keeps falling out. Considering that I paid extra for an extra-long holder, this is frustrating.And that leads to the real complaint. Why did I pay $6+ for this when I can get it at Home Depot for $3ish? I thought I was paying extra because it was longer, but it is the same as the one at Home Depot.

This product is simply amazing. When I'm waging a winking war with the brown eye, this Danco 88905 can stand the pressure and the strain of a hurried pull. Recently,I had the pleasure of taking the Browns to The Superbowl after a decent night of ale and ice cream (screw you lactose intolerance..what the hell is lactose anyways?!?) Anywho, this bad boy stood up to a good 5 or 6 "reading sessions" (probably a roll-ish of extra large Cottonelle)with some aggressive bracing along the way for force.Either way this Danco 88905 will hold strong much longer than that tender bowel you got10/10 will use again. About 5:00 am tomorrow, and maybe again at 7:30ish
