I started this supplement about a month and a half ago.I can tell a noticeable improvement in my energy levels and mood. Unfortunately, my doctor made some medication changes around the same time I started this, so I can't be sure it was the only thing that helped. But I don't want to lose this new energy I have, so I will continue taking it.I have multiple complex health issues, tested positive for the MTHFR gene that affects folate absorption, and did not get any help from methylfolate. So I'm hopeful that the MegaFolinic supplement is what I need.

I have been giving this to my son with HFA. I see a huge difference in his communication skills. He has made so much improvement when it comes to his behaviors and speech. I think this vitamin has helped immensly.

Not sure if it's working but my blood work came back okay

I really felt a bit more relaxed throughout the day after taking these. I wanted magnesium intake a friend suggested this and told me it helps with her anxiety as well. I don’t have anxiety but I felt better more relaxed (not drowsy or anything though).

I have MTHFR... and for some reason the Methyls were causing my Folate & B12 levels to drop... fast. I began taking this, with a hydrox adeno b12, and my levels came up quickly. I feel amazing.
