I eat pretty healthy but sometimes do end up with the sniffles and runny nose when cold season comes around. Especially when other people in my home end up with colds. At the time I had these, I was taking one a day of these capsules with my Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D-3 (I took this every other day/every two days). It definitely has made a significant difference in boosting my immune system this time around cold season, because I did not catch any colds, even though four other people with whom I live did. Overall, I found it be a great product that definitely produced results/worked for me.

This product works as an anti-inflammatory and has helped me with my shoulder joint pain. I take 2 at night and one in the morning with a coq10 and resveratrol. Even if it did not work for joint pain it's antioxidant/anti-inflammatory properties are so important for overall health and well being. This brand worked better (for me) than Dr.Mer...a's astaxanthin sold thru his site.

Great product!! Tiny pillamd easy to swallow for those of you like me who hate the "horse pills". When I say I'm a health nut, it's a bit of an understatement, and I may just be the tiniest bit obsessed with antioxidants. This product is great because there are very few ingredients, the fewest I've been able to find, so you won't be getiingn all of that unhealthy junk you'd find in most other products. Definitely worth the money.

Not sure if doing anything but have read that the product does help with most eye problems.

I would never buy another product from this company. I signed the quality lacking and their customer service is nonexistent
