So I do like the product it definitely does what it says and stop itch AND keeps it away without repeating application. So you don't have to use it every day but maybe every 3-4-5 days.. now, i like my locs clean and free of oil's wax's and other such things that attract dirt. This stuff does leave a somewhat oily/greasy residue after a few applications. That oilyness does wash away in the shower once you actually wash your locs (I use Dr. Bronner's hand soap diluted with water then olaplex as a conditioner) I wash mine every two weeks. I highly recommend trying a 50/50 mix in a spray bottle of rose water and witch hazel to stop itch and hydrate hair. It also smells good and leaves absolutely no residue. You can use it several times a day if you want. Id recommend 2 but never before bed. Never go to bed with wet locs.

Stops itchy scalp, soothing, great quality for price.

I have tried oils from brands like Curls, etc. i have tried hot oil treatments, tea tree oil, coconut oil, different products for dry scalp. Different shampoos. NONE of them worked. I found this product at a dollar general about three months ago, used it and was relieved of flakes for like nearly two weeks. After a week, which i suppose is normal, my scalp will begin to itch so that just means wash day every weekend (im AA; we dont wash our hair everyday). What brings tears to my eyes is not only does this relieve itch but it completely dismantles the ugly crater-like flakes in my scalp that I suffered for YEARS trying to scrape off. I thought i had psoriasis or some kind of condition. Turns out its just severely dry scalp that will go away with this spray. And i tell u if i DONT use this and try another product, that product will fail. I will be buying this like crazy. Probably by the bulk. It is a gift. I think the price is alright although i found it for like $4-$5 at the dollar general. The smell is okay, slightly tea-tree ish, theres a tingle to your scalp (the bottle at DG didnt contain the tingle or scent) and the relief is instant. Product is great

I have had this product and used it for about one week now. It seems to stop the itch; I don't know about the "gro" part yet. However, the spray stream is not good, a better sprayer is needed. Also, as seen in the photos, the bottle is not good quality - see how it becomes concave after using the product and does not retain its shape. Please fix these 2 things and you'll have a pretty good product. That being said, my scalp and body are not itching as much and I am Thankful for that relief.
