Not going to use them as there is no way they will look nice after me trying to cut them out. Preference would of been ready to use as wanted them for my wedding cake. Ended up buying inedible ones. Would recommend to people who has patients and knows what they are doing with them. I'm not very familiar with all the cake decorating and this would definitely take me forever to make it look decent.

OMG!! I am an (ex) teaching assistant. I have stuck, cut, made, and produced many a display at the request of teachers. Night after night I’ve sat in front of the television scissors in hand cutting out various strange objects of different sizes and shapes. However, these have been the hardest thing I’ve ever had the misfortune to cut out!!!! I’ve ruined about 4, accidentally cutting off a wing, an antenna and a couple of legs. I have to walk away and leave a couple of times out of frustration. Luckily I have time, and there are a lot of them, thirty in fact. So I should fingers crossed get at least six (I’ve managed four) reasonably cut bees hopefully by the end of the week! I could not imagine cutting out all thirty! Taste wise they are neutral, just bland rice paper. They do look reasonably good. Leaving aside the odd bit of white I just could not get to. I would say if you have oooooodles of patience and are of sound mind and body go for them!! I only wish they were pre cut like the rice paper gnomes I bought.

Too hard to cut efficiently

These looked ok eventually! Really wish I'd read the reviews first but didn't realise I had to individually cut every bee out 🤦I couldn't get rid of all the white without cutting off legs and wings etc so I did leave quite a bit of white around the bees. There wasn't enough space between the bees to just cut out as circles either. Looked ok but feel the white background ruins the overall look of the cake unfortunately.
