C.P. Company PPC Belden 5-Port Cable Amplifier EVO1-5-U/U with Power Adapter

This device is awesome: normally coax splitters cut your signal in half for every one of them present on the line on the output side (most home coax setups do not have proper coax terminators on unused ports). This device splits the signal so that the output on every port is 0 dB were normally it would be -3.5 dB (in other words, it splits the signal from the coaxial source but boosts it so that it seems like there is no splitter at all). Very useful on long coax runs or single coax runs where there is a splitter down the line.

This is the same brand Comcast uses to boost signal for the X1 platform. My house is old and even though I replaced the internal coax cable with quad shield Monster cable I still wasn't getting a good picture without pixelation, not to mention renting a movie was out of the question. I know that Comcast installers use this brand and so rather than risk a service call I bought it. Now EVERYTHING works without any problems at all. I can't explain the huge leap from where I was to where I am now.

Have 3 xFinity cable boxes and a data modem. Previously used a cheap 4-way splitter and had network and picture quality issues. Installed this one and now everything works as it should.

I bought this amplifier to replace an expensive Electroline model that stopped working after 2 years. So far, this PPC Belden amp is working fine. I'm using 3 of the outputs to supply a Spectrum cable signal to 5 TV's. Installation was easy.

Had one for about 8 years and it worked well....

The product works perfectly, just as advertised.

Just received. It seems to be not new. I see screw marks in the bolt hole area. It came with no instructions and did not come with evo1pc power inserter which amazon does not sell. This device is required if you don't have power source nearby.

Why does description of your product so Lame! just saying I'd never waste my time buying anything off someone so Lazy to promote their product!
