I’ve only been taking these for about 3-4 wks and I just wanted to say I have seen an immense improvement in my skin! I’ve always had clear great skin until I hit 40 and started to have clogged pores and hormonal breakouts. Nothing I did was working. I’d get breakouts right before my cycle started like clockwork. It was beyond frustrating. I got peels. Facials. All of the things. But the biotin has done something from the INSIDE. My skin is perfect. Nails getting stronger. Not sure about hair yet but just my skin getting back to normal and looking supple is worth it. I take 2 pills a day. Anyone wanting to see improvement in their skin should definitely give it a try.

Product arrived with some pieces stuck together (if you order, order in cold weather, not sure if its was a heat related issue or if pills naturally stick together. Pills were tasteless and odorless.

I’m a skeptic in every product I buy. I read the reviews for this but didn’t have much hope. I’ve been gradually seeing my hair thin. I thought it was due to perimenopause but it was extreme anemia missed by my pcp for well over a year. That being said, I got these prior to this knowledge and my fiancée and I both used it. He has 4C hair and mine is 2C. We noticed the difference in his hair first. OMG!! His hair became so soft!! Thicker and it started to randomly grow faster than it ever has. It went fromThe nape of his neck to the top of his shoulder blades in about 6 weeks of daily usage. My hair has always grown fast, however it grew about 3-4 inches since 12/2024. I also see little hairs filling in the spots where there used to be nothing. I will post pics after I get rid of some of this gray. Ha!If you are a skeptic, you should be. I love these! I was asked recently if I had put in extensions lol it was a great compliment because that shows my hair is indeed growing. I love the growth I’m having taking this biotin.

I was really hoping to see some improvements in my hair growth or skin after taking this biotin supplement consistently, but unfortunately, I didn’t notice any changes. It’s easy to take and I appreciate that it’s vegan, non-GMO, and made with clean ingredients—but in terms of visible results, it just didn’t work for me. Everyone’s body is different, so it might work better for others. It’s still a decent product, just didn’t live up to the hype in my case.
