These strips seem fairly accurate for measuring ketone levels in urine, and you get plenty for the money. Highly recommended if you're embarking on a ketogenic diet.

These are great. I was trying some water fasting for a few days and wanted to check on my ketosis (how long it took to get there etc) and these were super easy to use and I could clearly see when I went into ketosis and how I came out of it. The packaging is great - there are multiple sealed packets inside so you don't have the issue of opening it once and then having them all start deteriorating due to exposure. Good value and plenty of strips to test multiple times a day

Mine lasted less than 3 weeks before they stopped working (I kept in the container they came in). I thought was out of ketosis as they suddenly started being a very pale tinge pink colour, but when I opened a new pack, it was deep pinky red again.. minutes after using the first batch. So if you're wondering why you're suddenly out of ketosis, try a new pack. Other than that, they're decent for the price.

Excellent Product

Says that results are in seconds, however I find that results can take up to 40 minutes or longer. In seconds it will say your negative, but a blood test will show you're in ketosis. So I started reading the results after 40 minutes and these was accurate alongside the finger prick test. So they do work but don't expect results in seconds

The colour on the strip before use is a brownish colour. Everytime I use them no change in colour. Negative reading on box is pink, then it grades up in colour showing you if your in keto. My strips dont even register negative, no is jo change what's so ever. Either they are faulty or tye colour coding is wrong. How can they not change in colour to even give a negative reading. Rubbish, waste of money.
