So, they are one size fits most. I am 5'4" and weigh about 140 lbs. They come up past mid thigh on me and fit snugly. My legs are muscular but probably 18 inches mid thigh. Hope this helps.

Q: How do you care for these? cold wash delicate? dryer on low? line dry? what?

I washed mine with a regular load of laundry on warm and dried them in the dryer like a regular pair of socks. They were fine.
