We are very pleased with our new adjustable plyometric platform. We have it set to 16 inches, which is a good challenge and leavies 20 inches as a future goal. We love how the platform is very sturdy and stable without being heavy and awkward to move. The aparatus for adjusting is very simple and secure. We had been debating between this platform and one of the "stuffed" cubes. This platform is a better option for portability and stability; highly recommend.

Received this product earlier than expected, kudos to that. Sturdy, does it's job. Got the adjustable height 18, 24, and 30 in. Got it on Fri 12/10/21. Using it for box squats, box jumps, and box step ups. So far been using the standard 18 in. height out of the box. Best tool for practicing box goblet squats, or any clean or overhead exercises to practice using core muscles and developing core strength. Haven't tested the adjustable heights yet, but for now it does its job. I like the width of the step up. I believe it's 16x16in. so enough space for box jumping and step ups. I shall probably do a post review later once a play with the adjustable height. Other than that it serves it's purpose. Hopefully this review will help customers on their purchase. I'll make it easier, as senator Palpatine says,"dew it!" Lol

My JFIT Box is absolutely perfect. It's sturdy, well constructed, beautiful and I know it will last forever. I plan on using it for exercise but I can also see it doubling as step stool whenever i need to an extra 12' taller. Well done JFIT. I am a happy customer.

I bought two sizes for my son's football training and was amazed at how sturdy they are. They appear to be very well built from the top to the frames. And, that they fit within one another is incredible, too. A nice design. These would even work for light "step" workouts or standing on for small household chores or even painting a wall, or even sit down gardening depending on the height and the size you buy! A very good buy, but a little bit pricey. I would have bought the whole set if the price was a bit lower, so I had to limit us to just two. Otherwise, a great item, packaged well, and delivered quickly.

I'm not expecting a gym-quality piece for stadium climbs or massive free weights. Just a solid device for safe concentric and eccentric leg development at home. This will do very nicely, even if I fail to keep the cat's claws off the vinyl top covering!Good welds and powder coat on the steel frame, with thumbscrew sets for the typical rod-and-hole style height adjustment. The plastic feet are lightly glued onto the square metal legs, so they'll need to be better secured if moving around much is expected. The lowest actual height on this 12-16-20 adjustable version is 11 3/4 inches, and the higher positions are similarly short of nominal. Not a problem for me at all, since the whole thing rests flat, level, and quiet -- even on a ceramic tile floor. That's especially important to me, since I 'll be focusing on the step-down part even more than the opposite motion! Finally, I don't forsee any construction issues if I use this with 25 lb dumbbells, as planned.

I purchased the J/Fit adjustable PLYO box (12"/16"/20") and it is perfect for my workout room at home. I can do one-legged lift ups and bulgarian squats among many other excercises. It doesn't take up much space. It came assembled at 12" height and is easy to adjust and very stable. Highly recommed this product.

We bought these in 2018 for our autistic son to have things to jump on and from other than our furniture. He graciously accepted our offering and proceeded to include the boxes in his living room parkour. We are on our second sofa and one of our chairs is pretty beaten up, but these boxes are fine.He is not jumping onto them from the floor, but he pushes them around into different configurations and jumps from one to another, or back and forth from them to furniture. My other kids have jumped around on them, although not nearly as much as he has. They also have been stand-ins for a step stool for me when I want to reach something up higher than I can reach.Now he has only been 40 - 55 pounds during the time we've had them, and my other kids are all 110 pounds or less, but I've been over 200 pounds this entire time and they have held up to all the abuse we've heaped on them. They were definitely worth the $200 we spent on them, but I'm not sure if I'd replace them for $300 if something happened to them. They do take up a bit of space, especially if they are not nested.
