Not sure about this hat
This hat is designed to be 'roll up', as in you can pack it away for holidays. When sent, it arrived in basic plastic bag packaging. It didn't take long for it to spring back into shape (sort of). Mine still has a sort of kink in it, but it's not that noticeable. Other reviews have also complained about this. If you are looking for a very smart, perfect hat, then this may not be for you. It also doesn't fit properly on my head - as in it sort of sits on top - perhaps I am wearing it wrong and trying to pull it too far down?! I will be honest, I don't know if I will wear it.

Flexible not a firm brim

Arrived in a bag full of creases made in china of paper not straw as described.

Too small so I asked to return. Seller responded immediately with a full refund and kind message. How lovely!

Awful hat
It says 100% straw it’s not. It’s made from paper and polyester! Panama hat is supposed to be rigid it’s not it’s floppy. Too far to return it ( drop off )It’s cheap and nasty.
