My favorite nasal spray. Relieves nasal itching & sneezing. Help open my nasal passages. I highly recommend. It even tastes good.

All my life I have had clogged sinuses and trouble breathing through my nose. I was normal for me to only have one nostril open or none all the time. Nothing worked without causing addiction which required 48 hours of not being able to breath to get it broken. Then I hears about XLEAR and decided it was worth a try. When it arrived I went into the Kitchen and opened the package and used according to directions, put it down and went back into the Livingroom and to my surprise before I got to my chair I was able to breathe through both nostrils at the same time for the first time in my life. I have used it for many years now and breathe easy. It is non habit forming and if I run out I can still breathe for several days until the old mess comes back. This stuff has really improved my life and I can't recommend it highly enough.

I ordered this product for a different reason than most; for a period of time a few months back I started getting noticeable tonsil stones, which I had never had before. They were uncomfortable and honestly gross, so of course I started Googling how to get rid of them and keep them away. I learned they're caused by bacteria, which can come from poor oral hygiene, or post-nasal drip. Okay... I do have a sort of regular, mild post-nasal drip... But what do I do?I read xylitol is great for killing bacteria, and saw a few people specifically recommend this spray. Great. Ordered! Did salt water gargles until the stones I could feel and see cleared out, and then started using this spray. At first, I followed directions and used twice daily. Then once daily. Now, maybe every other day, or if I feel my nose could use it.It seems to work well to clear my nose a little. I think I have a bit less noticable post-nasal drip. But most importently, no tonsil stones since I've started using it!It's easy to use, not uncomfortable, and tastes sweet. I'll certainly be keeping some on hand from here on out.

Love this product. It is a necessity down here in Arizona to keep my nasal passages moist and prevent nose bleeds. It has a very fine mist. No after taste in my mouth.

This is an effective, affordable nasal spray without the high cost and possible risks of steroid sprays. (Steroid nasal sprays can raise your intraocular pressure if that's an issue for you.) Whether xylitol improves this saline, I've no idea. However, the sprayer is just plain terrific compared to squeeze bottles of saline. Recommended.

this is the best spray I have ever used, It works quick, made with good stuff, a bit expensive, but is well worth it

Xlear is great! My husband has trouble with a lot of nasal sprays, but this one is really misty, and more easily tolerated.
