Reliable Fit and Leak Protection — Even the XL Delivers Comfort
These are lightweight and comfortable enough for extended wear. My family member is very impressed with the quality and says they outperform every other brand she’s tried. She also tried the L size and found it just as comfortable and reliable. A top-tier product for anyone needing discreet, dependable protection!

Great product
I like the fit and very comfortable. I only wish they made them in cotton since I’m allergic to elastics and rubbers.

A very good product!
Amazing product. Recently had Total Knee Replacement and it’s tough to deal with this rugged surgery and incontinence in the hospital and then staying with relatives while healing. I highly recommend these. Amazing absorbency and for control, fit is great and removal is simple and clean.

So far my favorite brand for my needs
This is only first day of use, so I may post an update if anything changes. So far, so good.In the recent past, I have tried 3 brands of incontinence underwear, although I've been using them for very heavy and never-ending periods rather than incontinence, so I can't comment on how well it works for incontinence. To compare: First tried Depend-Flex Fit. I ordered large size - I didn't see it in XL but I didn't really look around much as the large size was stated to fit up to 64" waist, mine is a bit smaller but I could not pull it over my stomach without the sides splitting while sitting so I had to keep the waist band lower. The width of the inner lining was impressive and I had very little issues with leakage. No odor protection (at least for my problem) so it was kinda gross. The back of the leg opening was cutting into my skin, which led me to the 2nd brand.Next was Prevail. Some reviews stated there was no skin irritation as with other brands so I gave them a try, this time ordered in XL. I was able to get the waistband over my stomach without seams ripping, however, the whole underwear kept slipping down and I had to adjust all day long. The material across that area was extremely soft. Odor protection was awesome, and I didn't detect any perfume scent. It was high cut though which makes no sense, there were gaps in areas where most protection is needed. Also the inner lining was narrow and bunched up to the side upon contact with liquid. Unfortunately it shifted to right side and I my leakage is mostly on the left side so this didn't work for me at all, had a mess at the end of the day and the skin irritation on the leg openings in the back was worse than the Depends. I was able to use the Depends but I could not finish the Prevails, I only used 2 and then ordered Always. I will cut out the padded part to wear with other pads or at night. Now I have the Always and so far happy with them. I have used Always pads for about 30 years until I switched to reusable pads about 2 years ago. This a brand I can trust to be comfortable and help prevent embarrassing leaks. I am not surprised these underwear seem to work well - still not quite right (but so far my favorite). The material is not quite as soft as the Prevail but it's comfortable. I could not get this one over my stomach though without feeling as if the sides were about to burst (when sitting) so I have to keep it low. However, after a full day I am not experiencing the miserable chafing and skin irritation. Aside from the general discomfort of bleeding all the time, I almost feel normal with this on, and confident. I wasn't too happy to see the inner lining narrow like the Prevail, and it also bunches up to the right side, but the material along the edges appears to be leak proof and the double leak guards did their job today. It doesn't look like the liquid went through that part of the material, despite the inner lining not being present there. There is a perfume scent which can irritate some or cause an allergic reaction. For me, it wasn't bad, but there are ways to prevent odor without added scent so not sure what they were thinking here. Airing out the night before use was helpful, I barely notice it. What I do notice is the complete lack of the unpleasant odor I usually encounter with this condition.Summary:Always -Pros:-great odor protection-minimal chafing-leak guards work-bow is cuteCons:-XL is smaller fit (not able to wear on 60" waist when sitting - but they did stay in place all day)-perfume scent which is unnecessary-inner lining narrow and bunches upPrevail -Pros:-great odor protection (without perfume scent)-super soft material-XL fits on 60" waist (although everything was slipping down all day)Cons:-chafing is ridiculous (at least for a chubb like me)-high cut - large gap in area needing coverage-inner lining narrow and bunches up-edges around lining are not waterproof and will leakDepend -Pros:-lining is wide (almost to edges) and widens more in front and back-minimal leakageCons:-no odor protection-chafing was an issue

Love
Life savers on the heavy flow days and so so comfortable. I would size down runs a little lard and stretches quite a bit. The absorbency is great. I actually used these after a miscarriage and it was a huge life saver.

Fits well
Of the 3 brands I tried this was the best for me. Depend runs a little smaller & the leg tore. Prevail was good also. Depend required 3 a day compared to one a day of Always. Also Depend left me with a bleeding sore.

They're good/average
I feel like these are good/average as far as quality and fit. Honestly they aren't my favorite, but they aren't the worst by far! I feel that they are absorbent, and I appreciate that it's very clear which side is the front & back. I've seen some where it isn't as clear, and I didn't love the guessing game. The color is attractive, however the cut could have been better in the back, too avoid the "diaper butt" phenomenon that period panties tend to give when not cut generously in the rear. They can feel slightly bulky compared to some of the other comparable brands, but honestly still far better than store brand disposable underwear. The sizing is good. I got the XL and was worried that it would not fit well (5'5" 225 lbs but used to size charts doing me dirty lol) and to be honest I could have sized down. So it appears their chart is pretty accurate since u sized up slightly when going by my Jean size. I do appreciate that they sit high enough to not ride down. I was able to wear them over my hips, just under my belly button and they didn't slide down when I was walking. Overall they aren't bad. I just wish they were cut slightly more well for comfort and protection as well as aesthetic. Not my favorite but I would buy again if my preferred ones were not available or if there was a good sale.

VERY WELL MADE…. CAUTION: *NOT FOR FULL BLADDER LOSS*!!
This product says it protects from leaks, but YOU MUST BE AWARE it’s only if it’s a small amount! If the wearer loses more urine than a small amount, such as 1/3 to maximally 1/2 of your bladder, this product will NOT protect you. Of course this depends too upon how large your bladder is. It often shrinks when you get older. My mom lost about half of her bladder and THIS PRODUCT DID NOT PROTECT HER AND IT SOILED HER CLOTHING. If the intended wearer loses 30-50% of their bladder, then this is NOT the product for you. HOWEVER, IF YOU FIT THE PROFILE, THESE ARE TERRIFIC!This is fantastic for STRESS INCONTINENCE ( like if you lose some urine when sneezing), or if there’s a smaller rather than an full amount of urine lost. Be aware of this before you purchase this item. Buy a more absorptive brief if you don’t fit the profile I explained. The brief itself is VERY well made.I recommend it very highly! ITS A QUALITY PRODUCT!
