We bought these two years ago to stop birds for flying into our covered patio and building nests. Also bird debris was everywhere. They worked great. Lasted two years. They sort of faded and came apart. But they’re so expensive that we redid them after two years. Now they’re back to being highly reflective and with the bell. We have no birds with these

these hangers are attractive and between the colors and bells worked for about a week. Once the birds get used to them, it doesn't stop them from pooping all over the place. Same thing with the fake owl. I kept them up because I like them and I like they way they reflect the sun. Truth is the only thing that worked for us is cayenne pepper.

Bright, shiny, and scary! So far keeping the birds off of our blueberries. But apparently they don't work on humans. :)

I wouldn't mind how tacky they looked if they actually scared the birds away

We loved the look of the bird deterrent but we found it ineffective and ended up buying other units for loss cost that worked better. We probably would have returned it, but gave it a try for about 45 days before reordering other units.

The birds were using our patio and patio furniture as their personal outhouse, it was getting bad! This was the first product that I decided to try. I love having the birds in our yard, we have a seed feeder and hummingbird feeders but having them 💩 💩 all over our patio furniture was getting very irritating. I hoped that these would work but not totally keep them away from the entire yard. I am more than impressed! I really can't believe that they actually worked but they did! I have only hung one on each of our 3 ceiling fans across our 45 foot long patio/alumawood awning outside and I have not seen one bird fly in our patio area! No more bird 💩 everywhere but they still happily enjoy our yard and their feeders. Most people don't even know what they are for and just think it's some type of decoration that blows in the wind. This option works and it's a lot cheaper than screening in our entire patio!

THE SCARE BIRDS AWAY -- BIRD REPELLENT. I HAD 2 RED HEADED WOODPECKERS THAT WERE PECKING AWAY &TEARING UP MY ALL CYPRESS EXTERIOR HOME. I PUT UP THESE REFLECTIVE SCARE REPELLENT SHINY DISC AND I HAVEN'T SEEN THE WOODPECKERS OR ANY BIRDS SINCE. OVER 2 1/2 MONTHS AGO. THE REFLECTIVE RED BULLSEYE DISC WORK BY MOVEMENT AND THE SHINY RED DISCS MOVING. THE "SCARE BIRDS AWAY" BIRD REPELLENT. I GIVE THIS 5 STARS.

I think these would be very effective with a little more weight. I have in a tree and everyone wind blows the ends get stuck on branches.
