Yellow-fin Tuna Steaks Frozen (2 Lb. Avg)

Literally delivered very frozen. Perfect! Very fast delivery. I thawed & sliced 2 steaks, had it with hot rice, soy sauce & wasabi dipping sauce. The sashimi was outstanding! Thank you for providing me great value for the money & a fantastic product! Thank you again! Well done!

Excellent quality for the price, seriously tasty. Arrived with dry ice and very frozen on a 110 degree day.Worthy of a re-order.

Pre-sliced into large 1-inch thick steaks, but frozen together. Had to partially thaw in the fridge, package separately and re-freeze. Would have preferred the steaks have come individually packaged. I cut the steaks in half, rub with olive oil and a small amount of liquid smoke, season with dried garlic flakes, fresh ground pepper and sea salt; then sear until med-rare in a red-hot caste iron skillet. That's maybe a minute on each side. Slice against the grain and it's ready as an entree, for salads, etc. Favorite is to toast natural grain bread, spread on fresh avacado, top with tuna slices and drizzle a small amount of wasabe or sirracha mayonnaise.

The tuna was delicious and although frozen, once thawed tasted extremely fresh! I used it for sushi and it will be all I use from now on! Thank you for an amazing product!!

Not sushi grade! Smelled very fishy. I hate that smell! My cat enjoyed it. Folks do your self a big favor buy Chicken of the Sea save your self lots of $.

Tuna is first quality and delicious. Price is also good, but shipping is outrageous.
