Great quality and super easy to install.
It came time to replace the battery in my Inspiron 7373. I checked out Dell's price and it was over double the cost. I was a break fix tech and I knew I could replace the battery myself. I swapped the battery with considerable ease. I liked the small spudger to pop the back off the laptop and the screwdriver kit saved me the trouble of breaking out my 'pro' tools. Battery fit perfect and all screw points aligned perfectly.Booted the laptop with no issues and the battery was already charged to over 70%.Great product at a super price.Thanks!

Prompt delivery, easy to install
This product was received in a very short time. The process to install was very easy. I watched several youtube videos before attempting the install and it was very easy.It was really well packaged and included instructions on how to use the battery for optimal performance.The battery was charged about 80% so I am using the laptop until the charge goes to 3% and then I will charge it fully. I appreciate the instructions even though they are bit hard to understand.I will update the review once I have done the charging cycles several times, as instructed, and comment on the battery life.

Lasted 6 months
Very short battery life. The delivery was great and installation no problem, but that was September and the middle of March it died completely—slightly past the six-month mark! Based on use with the original Dell Inspiron 13 7000 2-in-1 battery, I expected at least more than a year. The original was good for multiple years. Why shouldn’t the replacement be the same? I would try a different battery!!

Easy to install and comes with tool
Easy to install, most importantly it comes with necessary tools. Battery last for almost 3 hours for now. Happy with performance.

As expected, missing one tool
Second time buying this product, 4 years after the first. Performs just fine. Only thing to know is that although it comes with two screw drivers, I needed another size in addition to what came in the box for my Dell Inspiron 7373.
