Yeah it’s a good probe, my only complaint is pretty specific. I fix ovens so it’s kind of annoying with how stiff the metal cord is and how long it is, if you’re just checking temperatures around home no problem, but if you need to use this every day it will get a little annoying.Plus it retains heat quite a bit compared to other cords on sensors, so keep that in mind when removing from the oven.

Nach 5 Einsätzen in einem Haushaltsbackofen zur Temperaturüberwachung bis 240° C fiel der Fühler plötzlich nach einigen Wackelkontakten komplett aus. Äußerlich ist nichts zu erkennen, so vermute ich einen internen Kabelbruch.Jedenfalls war die Einsatzzeit recht kurz, wenn es auch zunächst den Zweck der exakten Temperaturmessung erfüllte.
