What makes a product a 5 star one? Sometimes are just the qualities of the product but other times are the qualities of the manufacturer and post-sales support or the seller. In this particular case, I have to say, this product has both aspects covered. I did my first run and the product is amazing. It is really very easy to use, very intuitive. It runs smoothly, not noisy at all. It has a very nice look. You can adjust the speed based on RPM or RCF, which is a nice feature when you want to control the gravity rather than having to do your own math. You can set the time you want to centrifuge and automatically stops when done. It is really very difficult to find a very good centrifuge at an affordable price. This is really the best option. On the other hand, I initially had an issue with the product, but the post-sale support was beyond I was expecting. I was contacted directly by email from the seller, Shengwin, addressing my concern. Their support was extraordinary. I don't have words to describe how grateful I am with the support.

I ordered this for my dental office and have used it at least a dozen times. Good quality for the price. It's so quiet while running my assistant sometimes checks to see if it's runnig.

Does excellent and is a fraction of the cost. I use it daily for PRP and PRF for dental procedures.
