I was burning my hand be for this amazing glove. I was completely shocked by heat resistance by the way high level of heat resistance is 550 .

My straightening iron gets really hot, making it hard for me to use since I like to hold it in the middle or end to squeeze it closed, and these gloves allow me to do so without burning my fingerprints off, which is nice.Fit well on my small hands, definitely blocks the heat from my iron. Probably couldn’t be used to hold something hot for more than a minute or two, the heat does come through and gets hotter the longer you hold the hot thing, but for hair tools it’s perfect. Getting two is an excellent value, either glove would fit on either hand and you only need one for a lot of things.

I was skeptical about getting a new glove after my old one that came with my curling wand completely fell apart, but I was not disappointed! This glove is great at keeping my hand protected when using my curling wand. I like to put my whole hand on my wand when curling my hair to ensure that my hair is getting properly curled lol, and I never feel like i’m burning my hand, yes I do feel my hand get warm, as aspected, but no complaints. The material doesn’t feel cheap and is very well made, no fabric strings or tears found. In addition the glove doesn’t smell like it’s burning or gains any damage from the heat of the wand, my old glove used to smell burnt and started to tear open due to excessive heat. Would definitely recommend this product to someone who likes to get their hand close to their hair tool haha

These are not my favorite. They are very big. The excess fabric of the gloves makes it more difficult than it needs to be to work with my hair. The heat protection is ok.

LOST MY HEAT GLOVE FOR MY CURLING ROD SO I PURCHASED THIS AS A REPLACEMENT. WORKS GREAT! DONT BURN MY FINGERS TRYING TO GET THE PERFECT CURL.

I found that this glove is not heat resistant! Unfortunately I was already past the return window. I burned my thumb and fingers using my hair straightener. I thought maybe the temp was too high so I lowered it but I could still feel the heat thru the glove. Product not good.
