Product itself was no surprise, it's a replacement for a worn out version of the same hat. My one disappointment was it was packed in a shipping bag rather than a box. This cause the hat to be crushed a bit on the dome area which luckily did not take a set. I personally like to keep my hats fairly pristine and prefer any rim or other bending done by me. Other than this great hat and delivered on time.
