Much cheaper to DIY
My shocks on the LG washer broke when my wife let the washer go to long with the load unbalanced and it was wildly bouncing around and making noise and it broke one of the shocks and damaged another. I got these and installed them and it works fine. For my LG it was a little hard to install as my dryer stacked on top of the washer. I had to take the dryer down so that was extra work. Yiu need a decent amount of room to be able to replace these. Its a little hard to pry off the plastic bolts that attach the shock to the washer connections and extra room would have helped. But these are pretty cheap and saved me a ton of money by not having to call a service guy out.

Perfect fit.
Jubb, they work, at least for now and for a few weeks. Hope they last long.

Quality verse price these will work
These replaced our original shocks and seem a little on the cheaper quality end However they did install easily.

Easy way to install without removing panels
I slid my washer forward 18-24 inches and tilted the top back against the wall. From underneath it is open and you have access to all 3 shock absorbers. A 12mm closed end wrench (or maybe a 12mm long socket) placed on the pointy end of the pin will depress the pin's little locking latch so it can be pressed out. Pressing it out isn't easy, but channel pliers can give you good leverage, just make sure that little latch is depressed at first. Sorry I don't have pics, but if you tilt it up you will see the huge opening underneath.

If you want to do the same job twice, buy this washer shock absorbers
What a waste of time and money. I had to purchase a new set with higher quality. If you are not a professional washer repair man you don't want to take the washer apart more than once.

A good quality replacement for the original LG shocks for WM3470 washer.
My 2011 vintage LG WM3470 washer was making a clicking noise which traced to the rear shock absorber. I replaced all three and found that the originals,, esp. the rear one, were worn out. The new ones fit perfectly and and the machine is much quieter and the drum doesn't move around as much. For less than the price of a single OEM shock, I installed all three. As a note to other DIY'ers, only do one shock at a time and the drum will stay in place. Do an internet search for how to install. It's fairly easy and well worth the savings over a service call.

Better than the original parts
Some complain that these are less sturdy that the original parts, but after installing them and testing my washer I find them better. These do not have the 1/4"~1/2" of free play that the original shock absorbers had and provide a much better vibration dampening during the high speed spinning cycle. I was standing next to the washer during a test load with a few heavy items and could hear the humming from the spinning drum but did not bother me at all. Highly recommend these.

Fit great, less vibration than OEM
Edit to two stars from 5. after 16 months two of the shocks broke. The OEM shocks on my 2006 LG Tromm had a steel sleeve with a plastic piston as well as bushings at each end. Even with the rubber vibration dampening feet, for the past 5 years we have had to limit the spin speed to medium or it would shake across the room. These have a metal piston and molded plastic case. If you put them next to each other and push in and out they feel the same as OEM, however, in operation, these are MUCH better. I've run a few loads of wash with a high speed spin and it barely vibrates. If they brake or have issues in the future I'll come back and update this review.INSTALLATION TIP: when removing the plastic pins that hold the shocks in place, you can slide a 12 point 1/2" or 13mm box wrench over the pointed end of the pin to compress the small tab that keeps it from backing out.
