Waddell, 16" 2516 Taper Round Legs, Brown

For about $5 each, I bought three legs, and then the hardware top plates for another $15. With the other materials I purchased, I have a mid-century modern "atomic" table for under $50.These legs are nice. I think they're whatever passes for Ash in China. Straight grain is not super fine but tight, and it is an open-grain wood. The foot caps - glides - are just okay but I took them off to make something custom.Plus, it saved me having to turn three legs and although turning is my main woodworking, I prefer doing bowls over spindles any day.

I own my own furniture refurbishing business and use these for projects that I have, such as suitcase tables/chairs, tables made out of trunks, etc... they are easy to stain with the right plates to attach them, they work great and look awesome and seem sturdy!

Perfect size and they look great. Only problem was one of the screws on one of the legs was stripped and made the table wiggle so I had to rig it. I would suggest checking the legs to make sure the screw isn't stripped inside. I would order again.

These worked out perfectly! I attached them to an Ikea Lack coffee table just to update it a little and they make it look much more expensive. As far as quality goes I don't have much to compare too but they seem pretty sturdy to me!

If you are looking for perfectly straight legs, this is not the product for you. I ordered 4 legs, and all were slightly bowed. One had a curve extreme enough to be seen at a glance, and the others had a slight curve that was visible upon closer inspection. However, the legs all seem sturdy enough despite this defect.

I got these legs, planning to use angled mounting hardware for a live-edge table I sanded down and finished. However, because these are mass-produced, the double-ended screws protruding from the top of each leg (where you would screw them into mounting hardware) are NOT CENTERED. You can tell they're sloppily screwed in. While this might not be an issue if you plan to use these legs at a 90 degree angle, if you angle them (think about it), the lack of centering makes them angle every which way. Also, the bottoms don't articulate all that much. What i ended up with was a wobbly table—after I spent a few hours, shimming and trying to come up with solutions. Also, the glue holding those screws into the legs isn't strong. I unscrewed like twice and it started to come loose on two of them. Now I've just decided to go with some steel trapezoid legs. Arrhhh what a waste of money and time. I even stained those damned legs.

These legs are nice and sturdy, and I was able to make a quick little coffee table for my living room with no issues. They came ready to use out of the box, and I was able to stain them to match. Great buy!
