So I made the mistake of ordering the pricey Ogio version. Returned it immediately after unboxing, materials felt SUPER cheap and I wouldn't expect it to last long. This bag seems like it's higher quality for less than half the price of the Ogio, few less inner pockets but it has nicer buckles and the shell seems thicker. If you are comparing this with the "Premium" versions I'd just stop here, this is a far better deal!

Very comfortable! I bought it for long trip, i put laptop an other stuff in, ride 30-50miles away. Very comfortable, good material.

Straps falling apart within 6 months. Only carried a MacBook and nothing else. Very disappointed! Unable to ask for a refund due to the return exchange passed.**Contacted seller and he indicated he will send a new one out. He provided a tracking number but it’s not a regular tracker, it’s in Chinese. I will update the review if he ever send the replacement out.********UPDATE-January 2021******I changed my star rating from 1 to 5...I contacted the seller and the seller was very responsive. He sent a replacement backpack just as he promised. The new looks more sturdier than the 1st one.

I had high expectations of this bag, but was extremely disappointed. Not only are the zippers already breaking after one day of use, the material is literally not as advertised. This is a medium stiff foam, not ABS plastic. It came dented, and bent from shipping. If that’s anything to showcase the “Armour” of this backpack, you can imagine how helpful it would be in a crash. Cheaply made Chinese garbage, do yourself a favor, and spend the additional $50 on something real, and well made.I have a feeling a lot of these reviews were generated by the Chinese company itself. Don’t trust them

I'm 5'7 and way 70 lb so it's very comfortable to wear for me and as far as the material, I think for the price you could not do a lot better. There is plenty of space for my helmet and my wet gear and as far as comfort cannot explain.

For the money this the best backpack I’ve ever used for riding. The hard shell keeps what’s I have in it from being smashed. And the harness on top and bottom securely locks the pack in place. Plus the hard shell really does seem to help with aerodynamics. Don’t feel any parachute effect from this pack. Plus your helmet fits in it. Awesome product.

I love the all around design of the bag. It's comfortable, however the strap that goes across the chest broke within the first month of use. Other than that the backpack is great.

after only 2 uses it rips at the base of the strap.
