I love the control of the cleaner and the accessories to control the flow of water! Works superbly in my shrimp aquarium. I highly recommend this!!!

I use it weekly for my slimy fantail goldfish’s tank. I’ve gotten pretty good at it, but that being said, there are moments where I, my floor, or both are left very wet because things take a wrong turn with this product.Most of the time it’s the hose connection at the handle- it just randomly pops off and then you have a water hose drenching you and your floor. If it’s not that then sometimes the clip securing the end of the hose decides to come off and again spray water everywhere. It’s a fun game. I’m just glad the little pump still works, I can MacGyver the hose issues.Other than that it does a good job of sucking up the gravel just enough to get junk up the tube- but gravel won’t go very far up, it’s too heavy and falls back out.

I've had this pump for less than 5 months and only used it around 5-6 times. Each time, it got harder to use and its because the plastic on the inside that connects to the longer airline tube is brittle and chips over time. This is the reason why I can no longer use this item. The connection point is crucial to the pump holding onto the water and creating the suction. If it's broken, that creates an opening where air escapes. Despite the attachments all working fine, because of this one weak area of connection, the whole apparatus is rendered useless. It's not like you can do anything to replace that part either. If you're like me and don't use it often and way past the return date then there's really nothing you can do. Save yourself the money and just don't buy cheaply made products like this.

I don't how many water swaps have been done using the next-door neighbors suction power to clean out the rocks and syphon water with a 7-11 Slurpee straw. Looks Like I can save that $20 month cleaning fee she's been charging me for servicing my fish tank.I will say that there is much more tubing than I anticipated. I was able to run the syphon hose from the office in the back of my house, down the hall, through the kitchen, past the laundry room, into the garage, and out the main garage door, and connected to the Urinating Garden Gnome (that's a different review) I have the hose connected to, so he can water the front yard flower bed with this nutrient rich fishy, shrimpy, snaily concoction. I don't know why I never ordered this before. It's cost savings and the front flowers have never looked better!The kit comes with everything one could wish for! It comes with an extra-long syphon hose, tubing long enough that I can stand comfortably on top of the filing cabinet next to the tank while I clean/strain the rocks. The suction button and handle provide added entertainment when not cleaning the fish tank. It has been deployed to successfully leave hickies on unsuspecting passed out drunkards at the local drinking hole, as well as baste a turkey. Needless to say, this aquarium cleaning kit does what it's advertised to do and so much more! I say buy one! You won't regret it! With a little bit of imagination, you could do anything with it.

This is the best gravel cleaner I've ever found. The pump at the top works really well and makes cleaning your aquarium easy and efficient. Great value for the money.

Love this- way to put together and does a great job of lifting waste from gravel. I’ve 2 tanks one with fine gravel one with thicker and worked well on both. Just put old one (different cheaper model) in bin as no where near as good as this one.

Es de textura muy maleable y lo puedes direccionar perfectamente. También tiene una pinza que estrangula un poco el tubo para sujetarlo a un cubo a donde desagua de forma segura, y otra que no uso para ajustar caudal.La succión es correcta limpiando la grava del estanque de peces de forma continua , y si sacamos el tubo y se nos detiene la succión, volvemos a pulsar el fuelle varias veces y se reinicia de forma fácil
