I have had acne for a long time and I’ve tried everything! From natural remedies to doctor prescribed drugs and creams. Nothing helped. I did some research and I also had some recommendations from people to buy zinc creams or soaps and such. I figured, it had to be something internal rather than just an outside issue because again, I’ve tried it all and nothing. I started taking these and it was a matter of days taht I started to notice the difference in my skin! I didn’t change my diet so I could see if it really was the pills and it was. I had already stopped drinking dairy products because that was an issue for sure but I did nothing different while taking these and i def saw the difference in my skin. Although everyone’s body is different, it’s worth a try for sure. I was skeptical because nothing doctors gave me helped for long periods of time so I didn’t think this would be any different but it actually helped a lot and I don’t even take the pills everyday now. My skin still remains clear. Of course, I still have occasional pimples but it’s not like it used to be. I hope this helps you like it helped me.

My niece is a nurse manager at a very large and well known hospital. I called her because of someone fighting Covid-19 and she said to take Zinc supplements immediately. They did and felt a little better but ended up in ICU anyway fighting for their life. That hospital also treated them with Zinc supplements and of course a host of other items but this leads me to believe that this stuff is important.We now take one of these daily and even though my multivitamin has zinc also, this extra does not exceed the daily recommended amount so it is safe. It is small, smooth and has no taste and can be taken on an empty stomach. No side effects other than boosting my immune system.I would not suggest taking additional zinc forever but right now with what we are facing, adding more zinc to your daily supplements to ensure your immune system is up to par can't hurt.

I was googling one day looking for reasons why my skin was always breaking out. I read that sometimes it could be due to low zinc. So of course I go to amazon, because amazon is life. I read the reviews and decided to try this product, the reviews were good and the price was really well. I've used this for almost 2 months now and my face is so so so much better!! I have hormonal acne and sometimes cystic acne and I've never been able to completely clear my skin like I have now. I'm no where near rich, so a dermatologist and/or expensive washes arent in my buget. This along with washing morning and night with Cetaphil daily scrub has helped me so much I cant even explain!! I'm so very thankful for this product and so happy I took a chance on trying it.

I ended up buying these PurePremium Zinc Supplements because I had heard that zinc deficiency could be related to skin issues. I have all the skin issues: combination super oily skin that gets dry/flakey too, acne prone, acne scarring, uneven tone, enlarged pores, sensitive skin. This is my honest review after using the whole bottle as directed.The price is great, tablets are chalky but small and easy to swallow, no funny taste or nausea for me... I took as directed but didn't notice even a slight difference.I know better than to fall for trends/fads in Healthcare but this one duped me. I really hoped it would do something to improve my skin issues but I may as well have taken a placebo every day. I also didn't feel any difference taking these (no improvement with energy levels).I am giving this 4 stars because, if you have a known zinc deficiency, these wouldn't be a bad product. But if you are taking this as a fad for skincare or overall energy levels, save your money...Hope this helps!

I bought these to boost my immune system with the current pandemic going around. I wasn't feeling well when I began taking these and within one day I was feeling so much better. I took these in combination with vitamin C. Would highly recommend this potency!Edit: I ended up getting covid but it was VERY mild. I accredit taking this zinc and vit c boosting my immune system before hand. Unfortunately I ran out of this zinc in the middle of my infection and had to buy a different brand which made me extremely nauseated, I never experienced that with this brand. I was promised a free second bottle of this zinc and after three months have yet to receive but would definitely prefer this brand over others.

I was facing surgery and a zinc supplement was recommended as part of a course of several supplements to help me go through the surgery with the least amount of discomfort and minimal healing time. I researched on line and chose PurePremium. The pill is easy to swallow and seems to have done trick along with the other supplements. I am 6 weeks out from surgery and have tons of energy and feel great! The healing has been phenomenal with minimal scaring. I am 76 years old and had ruptured breast implants, much calcification and actual bone removed from my breast. The implants had been in place for 42 1/2 years. My original plan was to take the supplements for the minimum amount of time but I feel so good I will be continuing.
