I’ve been using Heath Riles’ Butter Bath for over two years. When I cook Boston butts, I try various recipes, but I always include Heath Riles’ Butter Bath. It’s my secret ingredient that I keep to myself because everyone loves how my Boston butts turn out. I won’t share it with others since every good barbecue has that one secret ingredient. I can’t recommend this product enough! Additionally, Heath Riles’ other products are just as excellent. You can look him up on YouTube to follow his recipes. I highly recommend this product!

This injection is exceptional. It mixes well and made my brisket super moist!

Delicious! used it to inject some pork shoulders

Gives brisket good flavor and moisture. The sodium phosphate in it clumps like crazy. I have to mix it in a Ninja blender to get clumps to disolve.

I always been a brown sugar, honey and Parkay wrap guy in my ribs, but I tried this product and I like the results. It’s easier but more importantly it’s more precise. And the flavor profile is better to me.
