i bought these gliding discs to advance my home work out and was really worth it! good discs and do the work as promised I used them in wooden floors but also on the carpet in my bedroom and really enjoyed my work out, i would recommend them. great delivery as well , as promised next day .

Quick postage! Use it for mountain climber, plank jack,plank knees pull up etc, brilliant work on wooden flooring but not carpet. My legs and butt aching from 15 minute work out. Quite intense workout but I love it and this is what I need! Especially storage it away anywhere even line up with books on shelf! 😁 Take it with me anywhere on travelling for away, make sure the flooring got smooth like marble, wooden & flat tiles without bump.

These are not the most expensive set of sliders on the market, but they work very well and do everything they are supposed to do. A very useful addition to my home gym equipment.

Works well on laminate, does not work on carpet!! I've kept as I have hard wood floors in the kitchen.

This item was such a great buy! I was so surprised at how good the quality was and being able to use them on my carpeted floor is so good! They work perfectly and such good value for the amount I spent.

Excellent effective product I was looking for something to optimise my training these discs are so easy to use, used properly you certainly feel the effects of the workout with quick results. With the double side for whatever surface you use them on you can practically work out anywhere! Whether new to exercise or a regular gym bunny like myself they can fit into any exercise routine. Do what I need them to do for my online exercise class, I’ve not used them on my hard floor, but they are great on my carpets..

Really nice tool to work out. The product is very light and well finished. I only used it on carpet floor and slides very well with no problems.
