Seems to work
I'm 63 and at the age when muscles seem to want to turn to mush. This seems to work at helping me keep my muscles. My grandson takes them to help recover from workouts and to help build muscles. He thinks it's working too. These don't work overnight, so keep taking them.

You can tell it’s kinda cheap
I’ve taken this for a month and I have noticed a difference. I am keeping muscle on. However the taste isn’t good. The capsules are not filled equally and some of them are cracked or chipped. So I don’t know if I’m getting the exact amount each time. For the price it’s good but in the long run, I will try other higher quality brands.
