Can't beat wild Alaskan Salmon fish oil. Minimally processed and loaded with Omega 3's.

It was suggested by my physician to take these pills daily. They are quite big but I've gotten accustomed to taking them. Previously I was able to find a smaller version (500mg) and just take 2/day. They were bythe same company also. Just can't get them anymore.

This is my regular supplement.

We've been taking these for a year and are happy with them. Omega 3 is important and these have been an easy way to keep it in our diet.
