I Like This Brand
I honestly can't say if this product helps or not but I have taken it daily for a long time for healthy maintenance. I have used a lot of NOW Foods supplements over the years and this is one that I have repeatedly purchased.

Packed in a plastic bottle
People buy MCT oil for its medical value. I prefer any product used for medical purposes to be packed in glass bottles. So beware before you buy this product there is NO return policy. i think i will just have to throw mine away to thrash.

No longer in glass
Now MCT oil is repackaged for a " whole new (toxic) look" into a plastic bottle. Now representative says it is a BPA free plastic bottle... BPA is not the only harmful leaching chemical in plastic. I don't need to use polluted MCT oil... may be just me, but I get enough toxins without willfully ingesting them. And, yes, I am disappointed as it was a good product.

Works well to curb hunger,you have to gradually increase the amount till you get the dose you want,or it can cause gastric upset
