The hat is well made and retains heat very well, i'd almost say its a thermal hat!

I bought this because i cycle, worked ina freezer enviroment, and for the winter, and i have to say this hat did everything i needed it to. It's very comfortable and very warming to the head, and met all my requirments very well; recomended.
