SUPER POWER!
Wanna break some stubborn bolts? this is your cordless impact. Man...I don't have a lot to say about this impact. It's the most powerful I have used yet. It's only downside is that......ITS HEAVY!! But that's because it has a giant anvil on the end of it..And it sure comes in handy. I have yet to find a bolt or nut fastener this thing won't break loose. I love the way it sounds too. Another Plus about this particular impact is it features a mechanism inside the anvil to keep the gun from kicking or twisting your hand when torque is applied. It's ultra smooth. Battery life is pretty good too. I went ahead and bough a protective boot to keep it from getting scratched. It features a bright ring light that can be controlled and has three brightness levels. I have had this for about 3 weeks and I have only had to charge the battery twice. As pictured, they now ship with the batteries that have the green label. These last alot longer than the original 20v 5.2ah batteries. The only thing you may have to get used to is the weight...Its porky...in a good way though.

Tool truck quality
(UPDATED 9/15/21) I've owned this tool for over 2 years now and have been using it almost daily since then. In total I've had it replaced 3 times through IR's warranty service for two reasons. (1): I suspect it does not like when you just lay on it full throttle for more than 15-20 seconds at a time as it will cut itself off (fail-safe mode) and if you do that enough times it will just happen more and more frequently. (2): I had a situation where the reverse just decided to stop working, this could have been due to using the wrong type of grease (just use what IR wants you to use), or user error when disassembling/reassembling the unit. That said, every time I've had an issue with it I was able to get a replacement tool free of cost through the warranty process, so I have no complaints there. I should also mention that I also own the W7252 (purchased around the same time) and have never had a single issue with that unit.PROS:-So long as you're not abusing it, it's got plenty of power-The light on this thing is still second to none-Cheaper than the tool truck brand cordless guns, and likely more powerful as well.-The plastic housing seems to actually be chemical resistant (I use brake clean to wipe the dirt off it with no ill effects)-A+ Warranty service should anything go wrong with the unitCONS:-Heavy, you'll definitely need to get used to it. It's not too bad at roughly chest level, but I wouldnt want to be working overhead with it all day.-Slower than an air gun, sometimes it'll just spin a tie rod nut instead of running it on or off.-Not many tools in the iQV20 lineup vs other cordless brands.Closing thoughts:I actually haven't used the multi-power modes as much, seems like those would come in handy for a smaller sized tool, for the most part its full power all the time. Battery life is excluded from pros/cons because it largely depends on what you're using it for. I like to keep it above 50% since there is a bit of a drop off in power when it gets low enough.

Amazing and good price
Snap On offer me the last model of battery impact gun but the price is almost the double of the ingresoll rand. I used couples days ago and I impressed I a Mechanic Diesel and I tightened a tractor lug’s nut (500 ft-lbs. per lug nut ) and guess this impact gun is amazing. I using the torque wrench to make sure every lock nut has 500 ft-lbs and the Ingresoll Rand did it uffff good torque 💯🦾

Toe to toe
This is my fifth gun from ingersoll randI love them well-balanced, a lot of power. I put my half inch drive hi torque against snap on on high torque on semi lug nuts ingersioll rand took off 3. Snap on zero both batteries fully charged and that wasn't the 1500 pounds hi.Torque the big one before that

Great impact
The power of this impact that puts outs is great. I have been using cordless impacts for years, by far the best.

not bad at all
i have had this impact for some time now and its worked everytime , battery life is decent, it is pretty big and heavy though but its heavy duty and has worked so far for everything ive used it on, suspensions, subframes, wheels, its not bad at all , the only things i didn't like were that it got scratched up on the nice aluminum face pretty easily after the first day,(buy the sleeve!!) and the worst thing about it was that the anvil spins freely when trying to put on a socket! it still gets on my nerves, and i would have bought the 2 battery bundle instead just to have a back up even though ive hardly have to recharge the one

Very good Investment for A Technician
I have used this Impact Gun for almost 10 months at work and side jobs. This gun makes Tight bolts look easy. I have had coworkers use my gun cause the Milwaukee, Dewalt, Snap-On, and Matco 1/2" impact could not loosen the bolt. I enjoy the 4 power setting on the gun it help conserve battery life I keep mine on 3 which is 100 to 500 ft.-lbs. As the battery depletes the power is still good I don't notice any drop till it hits 1 bar left. That is most tool battery all over. Even if you do not work in the industry for everyday use you will still be king of the block when all the other guns fail the will call you.
