First off these hangers are great. I basically hang up mostly all of my clothing, so I bought these to hang my shorts and PJ short sets. Also I picked them out due to the fact that they were velvet hangers which avoids my shirts slipping off the hangers. Plus for me and if you have limited closet space, the hangers are space savers because there is no bulky plastic top on the hanger. The clips are metal but have plastic pieces on the inside to protect material. Hangers are sturdy and of good quality. I definitely recommend these hangers for anyone looking for a good skirt/shorts hanger.
