Samsung DC31-00054D Washer Drain Pump Genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) part for Samsung

Perfect fit for Samsung Washer.

This pump fit my Samsung front load washer, model WF350ANW/XAA (WF350ANWZAA). I originally bought the wrong pump, C31-00054A, even though the C31-00054A was listed as the correct pump for my machine on several sites. After sending the wrong one back, I ordered this one, part number DC31-00054D. In the photo you can see the original pump from the machine (right) is nearly the same as the new pump (left). One difference was the new one has the stator plates exposed, but this made no difference once the protective cover is snapped back on. I decided to replace my old pump because it was starting to squeal badly, even though the washer was still draining properly. I made a rookie mistake after installing the new pump though; I failed to clean the 3 hoses that connect to it and check for any clogs. After I installed the new pump and put the machine back together, I immediately began getting the ND (no drain) error message. I thought I received a bad pump and was ready to send it back. So after I disassembled (again!) and pulled the new pump back out, I also removed the two black hoses, and found no clogs. I then disconnected the main gray drain hose from the pump and set that end on the ground. I then poured water backwards (into the hose exit) and discovered water couldn’t flow through the hose and onto the floor. After clearing the clog in the main drain hose, I reassembled everything (yet again) and the washing machine has worked flawlessly ever since.

This was an easy install, fit perfect and was just as described. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Overall great product. Durable.

Worked as it should

My Samsung WA456DRHDSU/AA stopped draining water because the electric motor that drains the water stopped working. This one was more expensive than some others found on Amazon, but based on the pictures, this one matches the original motor exactly. It fit perfectly into the motor housing. I've washed a few loads so far and water is draining again. Repair is not too dificult, but even after draining the tub, there is a lot of water that will come outwhen the drain pump housing is removed.UPDATE Jan 2020: The drain pump is fine, but the washer itself is crap. i found the laundry room flooded cased by the drain pump being beaten off the tub. The pump housing was destroyed. I had repairs done to fix out of balance problems about a year ago too, so the washer is going to the dump today, so you may want to do the same and not throw more money down the drain fixing this washer.

Part was damaged, the connection points were bent. Part is not a genuine Samsung part either, save yourself paying extra when you can buy the same exact one for half the price.

I was ready to get a professional repair person , but quoted $150 just to come out. We took a chance and bought this part for our Samsung washer after google searching the problem. It was an easy repair, fit perfectly, and the washer runs without any problems!

This was the exact part that I needed for my 2011 Samsung Washing Machine! The two motors failed, and this was one of the motors that I needed to get my washer up and running! Some Samsung Washers only have one motor, but mine apparently had two of them, both different. Thank God for YouTube, as there were plenty of do it yourself videos on there that helped guide me on the repair, saving me hundreds of dollars over calling in a repairman to fix something that a homeowner can do themselves!
