Wow, this is a big figure. It was a bit hard to set up with the stands, but they work. It has fantastic sculpting as well. The paint apps are what lack a bit, but not much to bother me. It's mainly the back of the wings, but it's not like i'll be posing it with its back torwards me. Beware, the spikes on the wings are very sharp. It has really good articulation on the necks. The right wing is a bit loose, but that can be fixed. It also doesn't come with beams, but it's easy to make your own. Overall, I'm happy with it! A must have for any Godzilla/King Ghidorah fan!

Excited to have a King Ghidorah that towers over all of my kaiju figures. The sculpt is awesome and, the paint job is spectacular. The wings are heavier than I thought but the holders allow for good set up, though too much handling will have them falling off, and the wings can break. Definitely not a toy to play with but one that looks so cool on a shelf.

Wow so after all the wait, this finally was released and arrived and my boy was thrilled. I can understand some of the other reviews mean, the spikes ARE sharp, the wings can come a little loose (but honestly not to the extent that others have seemed to have- at least not ours) the stand is perfect and even though it was expensive, and my son is 12, (a die hard Godzilla fan, a bit of a nerd but I wouldn’t have him any other way 😘) he treasures this, takes great care of it, sets it up with all his other Godzilla (& Pacific Rim) figures and absolutely loves it. Again, yeah, it’s expensive and that’s annoying for a single mom- but I have zero regrets- he loves it and it’s pretty freakin awesome :) It’s very solid, and very very cool

The figure is a fantastic sculpt of what you see in the movie. WOW factor engaged for sure once you get this to stand up. NECA will not be doing a King Ghidorah so this is your only option if you want an articulated figure of this character. I'm glad I got it when I did as this figure is already starting to climb in price and I would recommend that you get yours soon. Having said that, is the figure worth the price, well if you are a hardcore Godzilla fan then there is no question, get one if you are buying this for a child then look elsewhere. This figure is difficult to pose and it is prone to face planting as it is front heavy because of the wings. They are massive and made of a very hard material that may break if this figure were to fall from a high shelf. It is most definitely for the serious collector that wishes to display this and set a pose and not play with it. Bandai does have an option for a toy figure of this character if you want to buy something for a younger child. The sculpt is on point and as for the articulation you can pose it, just be aware that you will have difficulty because of the bulk of this figure. Take your time with it and don't force it to do what it can't and you can set this up in some pretty neat poses, just take the picture quickly as it may fall over before you get the shot, LOL. Above all be kind to one another and happy Godzilla Figure collecting my friends.

Incredible sculpt that packs an awe factor with it's size and massive wingspan. Despite being a bit fragile and having to be somewhat assembled, it certainly pays off. While the lack of articulation in the wings is disappointing, the necks, heads, legs, and tails are all incredibly posable way more then any prior non-SH MonsterArts Ghidorah figures such as Bandai's Vinyl Grand King Ghidorah. The only other nitpick I have is the lack of accessories with the figure, but in light of everything else it more then makes up for it.

Love the figure as far as looks go. its very impressive but the plastic its made of seems very hard & brittle. Very sharp edges & falls apart so easily. So easily in fact you can't even place the figure on the shelf for display without a head, wing or tail falling off! Especially the wings! they're so heavy they just fall off unless the stand is beneath it. Once its in place, if someone touches it or just taps the shelf by mistake it crumbles. If i had known how fragile this figure was, no matter how impressive looking i would not have purchased.

An absolutely astounding and incredibly detailed figure that towers over all other figures in my SH Monstersarts collection (even Biollante). As a note this is more of a posable model then a toy as the wings sit in place within their respective sockets and are then propped by individual plastic stands. I do not recommend moving this figure much as the wings are a very fragile plastic material. Another notable feature is the detail on the heads which are photo-realistic representations of the heads from the film (one even has a broken horn as in the film). Really no issues with the overall look of the figure, just be careful with it. Again, if you are a fan of the movie this is a must buy for sure, an easy five stars.
