I've been using this for years to make 'tandoori' chicken. I mix this with some yogurt, coat the chicken (we prefer chic thighs), let sit for about 1/2 hour, and cook on a grill. Yummy!

Jar was delivered already open
Item was delivered opened and leaking. The lid says to "pop to unlock." The jar lid was already popped open and not sealed. Not comfortable using a food item that came opened.

Excellent authentic flavor
Used on boneless skinless chicken thighs, marinated overnight for stronger flavor. After baking I put under the grill for a couple of minutes to get that nice charred tandoori effect. Delicious. Have bought before and will continue to purchase on auto delivery.

Slather on a roasting chicken
A great tandoori paste, which my local grocery stores no longer carry. Rub it on a whole chicken before roasting. Delicious.
