Alkaviva Authentic Vesta H2 Water Ionizer

Technology has greatly increased since the level locks in 2003 to now I believe my Sheen was made in 2019. Don’t just take my review for look at all the reviews online of this incredible machine also look at the under the sink installation package. Excellent filtration and also PH 9.5 and to make PH11 for cleaning it produces PH2. There are many other products out there don’t just take the words of these reviews on Amazon

Read this review. This machine is garbage and the company is dishonest. They need to be put out of business . They make their money in forcing you to pay through the nose for overpriced filters. They fraudulently claim that two filter should last you a year however, this is not the case. The filters are limited to 1000 gallons. I’ve been through two machines and the gallon counter on both reads a gallon for every half gallon of water consumed if you put the output hose and the waste watert hose into a gallon container and start counting, it will show you that 1 gallon that’s on the meter is in reality a little more than a half of a gallon of water. And if you do it again without the waste water hose the machine is clocking1gallon of filter time for 1/3 of a gallon of alkaline water. You will spend $400 a year replacing those filters four times so in addition paying a ridiculous price for the machine they are lying about the water consumption The gallon counter meter is rigged. This is unacceptable. I have been fighting with them for two years calling them out on this gross fraud. They continue to send promotional materials that say if I refer someone they will give me three years worth of water filters, which is exactly 6 filters but in reality they’re only giving me 3/4 of a year worth of water filters. I find this dishonesty egregious and I recommend to anyone who reads this review to keep moving. Don’t waste your money. This company is a sham. The water is not that great. It doesn’t test the alkaline that they claim and they’re making money hand over fist because consumer is Saddled with this lame alkaline machine and it’s going to cost you a lot of money that they don’t let you know in the marketing campaign or Upfront. They never put the filters on sale. They need to be reported and I plan on doing so to the FTC Better Business Bureau, and other authorities. In California, I pay taxes for consumer protections against companies like this. Alkaviva should be shut down and be forced to refund the equipment and cost of all filters. I am one person and they told me that I am consuming too much water, but I have my second machine which consumes the same amount so the machines and the filters are rigged so you will have to change filters four times A year??? Stay away from this product , it’s garbage and the company is fraudulent. Please stay tuned for the video of the consumption test .spread the word make a review if you’re going through the same issue. I will never refer them to a friend. What kind of friend would I be ? I will do my best to warn consumers to avoid this product and this brand. AlkaViva is unethical and committing fraud. Their products is inferior. Consumers are not informed and do not realize that when they pay $3000 for this machine, they are also setting themselves up for $400 a year payments for filters This is egregious, this is fraud, and It needs to be stopped. They are charging $100 a filter.

First thick brown crap came out of the gray hose. Replaced that, then thick brown crap coming out of the alkaline water port. In addition, it’s not making alkaline or acidic water. Tested both and they’re coming out green, which is pH of 7. Nobody will return my emails.

I can not believe I paid $3,000.00 for this machine, for it to arrive with missing parts. I called customer service and informed them, they said, they would send me what was missing, only to be disappointed again, as they still didn't send all the missing parts the second time around. I have screws missing in a $3,000.00 product, how does that happen. Plus the machine doesn't truly produce a pH range of 11+. I have the Vesta machine, and on the highest settings with the output on low, the highest pH was 8, if that. At best this is nothing but a glorified over price water filter machine. If you are looking for a machine to produce high alkaline pH levels don't buy this machine.
