These little cookies are perfectly crisp and full of coconut flavor, I like to crumble them up and add them to the top of mymorning yogurt parfaits. Or just grab a couple for a quick snack. So good!

If the sugar content is correct, it is an excellent low sugar cookie with low calories and one cookie easily satisfies your sugar craven.

Yummy crunchy "Moravian Style" coconut cookie thin
This is my first Dewey's purchase, and I am very pleased. I love coconut, and these cookie thins are perfect -- I find the thins are psychologically pleasing in the sense that you get 8 cookie thins per serving at 120 calories -- quite nice, as I found (even prior to looking at the nutritional information) that 5 cookies sated my snack craving, and so even if I'd succumbed to the temptation to overindulge, I had a buffer before I met the serving size!I was hoping the package would explain what "Moravian style" means -- I know Moravia is Czech, or associated with that region, so I thought perhaps the founder was originally from that area? Or is it the "thin" cookie style which is Moravian?I got no answers on the packaging, but there was a website listed, so I looked there for more information -- and it made me wish I lived in Winston-Salem so I could get some of Dewey's ice cream, yum!! But I digress... here is the website description of another of their Moravian cookies: "The original Moravian Cookie and the perennial favorite, our Ginger Spice Cookies are baked using a centuries-old recipe brought to America from the European kingdom of Moravia. Our bakers stay true to this tradition by combining brown sugar with exotic spices imported from around the world, such as cloves, ginger, cinnamon, and allspice."Whatever they call it, these cookies are a winner in my book, and I look forward to trying other Dewey's products -- from afar, alas, as I am roughly 2,000 miles away from their North Carolina location.
