Real Medieval Parchment/Vellum sheep/goat skin 6x8 inches

Excellent quality vellum, priced at the appropriate amount, much higher quality than from my previous supplier.

The measurements on the one I got is not exactly correct.i have a million rulers because i absolutely love them for some reason i collect all kinds.i literally have them everywhere even some hanging off my wall.i popped the piece of parchment I recieved up against my newest biggest ruler and it said the width was correct the which was roughly like 6 in I think but the length height wise,was supposed to be 8” even.but its not.it barely reached up to the 73/4” line on one corner of the piece,and in the opposing corner at the top of the paper was even lower! It was literally uneven cut I could see clear as day.it is kinda disappointing but its Amazon so I wasn’t expecting extravagant quality to begin with.but with the one sheet being almost $20,im sure you could see why i went through the trouble of making this ridiculous long comment about it.Long story short.its decent.oh yeah and there’s also a huge gash across the piece I relieved.ill upload a pic. Later when home for visual.it’ll serve my purpose I suppose but ill def probably do a little more shopping around next time for these cuz one sheet for that price for the quality and what I recieved I don’t think was very fair to be honest.anywaysHave a great day!

This product was hard and rigid, like a piece of thick hide that had been left out in the sun too long. It didn't receive ink well and it curled up a lot.

It will work and is real

this paper, which is supposedly made of animal skin is not as high quality as the paper I saw and touched at a medieval fair. The paper is stiff and smaller than the average size of copier paper. I have yet to do anything with it, mostly because it wasn't the type of "paper" I was expecting.

Nice texture

The main product photo is misleading because it shows about 10 pieces, whereas you don't receive 10 pieces. You only receive 1.

I wish I had known I was paying so much for just one sheet.
