I bought this to replace the dinette set in my camper (sits in an 86" slide out on my 27' Keystone). This product is very well made with fairly straight forward assembly instructions, and we put it together inside the camper.As other reviewers have mentioned, I also cannot manipulate it between positions without help, but am going to try a center strap on the back and one on the seat so I can pull both at the same time.I put the Royal Sleep Products "Memory Foam Futon Mattress Beige Upholstery Fabric with 2 Matching Pillows" from Amazon on it which works very well, but also makes the entire unit with drawers and mattress about 240 lbs. I'm assuming the slide can handle that weight since the dinette could seat six.The storage in the drawers is pretty good - you just can't stack anything high because it will get caught on the futon frame when you pull the drawers out. The drawers roll VERY smoothly and sit directly on the floor. Not being attached to the frame allows me to pull the entire drawer out without having to dig in the back to get stuff.I'll use TV trays for eating which will store perfectly on the side of the futon in the six inches of side space I still have in the slide.I'm glad I went with the queen frame with no side arms because I think it will have more uses ... very comfortable bed for two adult guests, ability to stretch out and lean against a pillow on the slide wall without having something uncomfortable on my back, and more storage space underneath (the only one I found on Amazon with drawers and no arms).The only thing I dislike is the weirdly high back on queen futons (full size futons have a more balanced measurement between the seat and back), but I'm guessing any overnight guest will appreciate the choice and it is also very comfortable in the couch and recliner positions.

Very pleased with the looks and the drawers offer great storage space . I left the assembly to someone else who had somewhat difficulty with the directions as parts were confusing .

I purchased this frame December 2022, and used it every single night. I will say that it worked perfectly for the first couple of months but there are a few things I began to notice. I found myself constantly having to tighten the screws on the legs that came down when unfolded, it became more difficult to unfold and fold, and over time the whole thing became super creaky. I was awoken every night I would turn over.Perhaps if I didn’t use this futon every night my star-rating wouldn’t be so low, but even if you’re not intending to use this as often be aware that the quality of it will degrade very quickly. I would use the $400 to buy another option of better quality.

Very beautiful frame! I almost got the one without drawers but so glad I ordered this one! Staff was very helpful with getting shipment on time. I was promised the frame and then the drawers later so I can get the frame faster. But I received everything at once, perfect timing!

It is very difficult to fold down and to fold back up to couch position. Drawers are decent but hard to open and close as they slide around and get off center.If you are in a tight space this is not the unit you want due to it being so hard to fold up and down

We hired someone to assemble it and it took him a few hours. However, it looks very nice. It takes two of us to change it from the bed to the couch, but not the other way around.

Bad enough that you get to build it yourself, which takes all day. But for no extra charge they include broken parts.

Fedex sent our frame and mattress to another location, but the shipper was very well involved in tracking it down and getting it to us. The only downside was the multiple packages that arrived 3 days apart and of course, the second package had the directions. Regardless, it was easy to put together and it is very sturdy. It is a two-person open and close system though, which is fine.
