Great game. Slight dungeon crawl feel but without the dragging on.
I am so glad I picked this up. I had not played Warhammer Quest, but had friends who had and loved it. I did however have a lot of time spent playing Descent, which I enjoy very much. The Terrinoth setting is always fun to visit. The game is easy to learn, it does help if you have someone in your first playgroup who has played this or WQ. It sets up quickly and puts away even quicker. I have only played it with four players, however I think it would be fun with less. Overall I thought the missions were varied (both in content and difficulty) and that the heroes all had abilities that made them a great choice for certain missions. The quick upgrades help keep things fresh, and help to flesh out the different classes and their feel. Dice system is simple and I really think there a few other games that could benefit from this system. I am looking forward to picking up some expansions when they hit the shelves.

A great game for almost all types of gamers
This game has more than enough going on under the hood to keep the hardcore people in your group entertained for a play-through, but isn't so overwhelming to the folks that are just looking to bash the monster and have a good time. The quality of the components is slightly lacking (the cards are smaller than normal cards, both in dimension and thickness, so they don't fit quite right in sleeves, etc) but as long as you do not plan to abuse the ever living heck out of the materials, it should last you a good, long time.

Surprisingly fun, I hope they come out with expansions soon!
Pleasantly surprised how fun this game is. It took a few games to get the hang of it and figure out strategies for different scenarios and enemies. It doesn't have a ton of replayability on its own, but I see a future ripe for expansions. Sometimes I wonder if I'm playing wrong as the box says 45 minutes a game and I don't think I've ever finished in under an hour. Games typically last 1.5 - 2 hours. It's great fun for the reasonable cost.

Great "bang-for-your-buck" game
Fun game with decent replay value. It comes with 8 different scenarios that vary in difficulty, 4 class types with 3 characters to choose from each class and two subclasses to specialize from each class. The mechanics are fairly straightforward. It's relatively easy to get on the table and clean up.I am eager to see if this gets expansions. It could easily be expanded on in many ways.

Epic fun coop in the Terrinoth universe!!!
Never played Warhammer Quest, so, I can’t compare, this opinion is just for the game Heroes of Terrinoth. I loved the game!!! Coop is great, game is simple and quite challengin, the solo mode is fun too. Art is amazing. Expecting more expansion adventures for this. The only thing a dislike is the lack of dices in the core game but I guess that’s just normal for FFG at this point. Expecting a dice pack expsnsion soon.

Interesting and fun game!
This a great game to play with other players or solo.Apparently there was a Warhammer version which I never knew and never played before. There are different scenarios you can play with different setups and difficulties.I just hope that Fantasy Flight Games will release expansions for this game in the future with more maybe characters, upgrades, scenarios and more.

Excellent Back Stories
All the scenarios had excellent back stories and with the alternate "victory" vs "failure" texts, built on the stories generated in the scenario descriptions. Scenarios can play out differently with different combinations of characters, offering good replayability.

WQACG Reborn!
A solid reimplementation of Warhammer Quest Adventure Card Game, with some nice class advancement options more remit reminiscent of sibling Terrinoth game Descent. The only thing missing so far is campaign play. All levels are essentially standalone. WQACG's campaign is superior. I do prefer the shared pool of tokens in HoT vs piles on each action card in WQACG. Otherwise they're virtually identical, mechanically. Let's hope this one sees more expansion content than WQACG did
