Such A Wonderful User Friendly Hanger.
Along with our central heating we have a " hole in the wall " gas log fire which is really expensive to run so we stopped using it .....however it looks very dark and " cold " when unlit and so we bought a plug in electric suite to place in front of it to cover it up and just have the flame effect lit to give out a lovely glow....I couldn't find a black one that was tall enough to cover the placement height of the gas fire so I had to buy a light oak one ..... recently I got around to painting it black .When we redecorated we didn't put the very heavy 35" x 28 " silver coloured framed mirror back up on the chimney breast as I felt it wouldn't look right with the black surround ( gas fire has a silver trim ).....also we rather stupidly forgot to mark where the original plugged holes were on the chimney breast before wallpapering..duh !So the rather heavy silver colour framed mirror has lived under our bed for a wee while now and it had kind of been " forgotten " about until I came across the wonderful simple invention of this fabulous hanger .I swiftly sent off for the hanger and while waiting for delivery I primed and painted the silver colour frame black. The hanger arrived ever so swiftly and hubby attached the back plate to the mirror , drilled and pluggec a few new holes for the wall plate and within a few minutes tge mirror was up and in place....job done !I really recommend this hanger...the whole concept is brilliant !I am delighted to once more have the mirror in place and I am chuffed that it and the fire surround are exactly how I envisaged the chimney breast wall to look.Super swift delivery....highly 're moment the hanger and the seller. We are " hooked " on this simple way of hanging pictures ,mirrors etc and will definately purchase more.

It’s small but packs a punch!
Got to be honest - I opened the pack and thought this is never going to hang our near 2 meter mirror. Our mirror weighs c20kg and all though that is comfortably below the maximum weight, just looking at two pieces of metal, smaller than a ruler, didn’t fill me with much confidence. There doesn’t appear to be enough screws in the pack but what there is, is plenty. The wall plugs were tiny and so I did decide to use my own larger ones. The backing plate screwed in nicely to the mirror and the wall plate was easy enough to fix to the wall too. The spirit level is handy and ensured a level fit.It was almost to easy. Which made me doubt I had done this correctly. But five hours later, it’s still up and I couldn’t recommend this product enough. Well worth the money and meant I didn’t have to mess around measuring holes and making sure it was level. I’m a very basic DIYer, who doesn’t enjoy drilling into walls for fear of getting something wrong! This made my life much easier today. So much so, I wanted to write this review.

Great if you want to be absolutely sure what you are hanging is firmly in place
This is the perfect solution if you want to hang a heavy mirror. It is as simple as 1) positioning the hanger using the super handy in-built spirit level, 2) marking your holes (checking for pipes, cables of course) for drilling, 3) drill and wall plug 4) screw into place 5) hang your heavy mirror with help from a buddy. It works so well, I really cannot praise it enough as it is such a simple but effective design to hold the mirror as you want it to be held. If you have young children in particular this will hold your heavy item safely and close to the wall with no "tilting hanging, wobble or otherwise. One word of warning is that you will have 4-6 large holes in the wall so be sure it is the final place you want to hang your item.

hangers
these are supposed to be picture or mirror hangers but they are brilliant for hanging headboards onto the wall I bought 1 but sent for another to hang a super king size headboard GOOD JOB

Great Product
Fantastic product for hanging heavier items. Used mine for hanging a bed headboard and it was perfect for the job. Easy to set in place and the spirit level bubble is a great addition to the package. Delivery was on time and the item was well packaged to protect it.

Very easy to put up.
Excellent product, wish I had found it earlier. I had a bit of a problem deciding which size to buy as the sizes are not at all helpful, they can’t all be the same weight guide. So I looked on the hangman website which was very helpful in deciding. Weighed my mirror, (which was a surprisingly light at 28lb) and bought the 18 inch. Really easy to put up, just followed the instructions and heaved my mirror onto wall. Job done, very stable. I used my own fixing to suit my walls.

Mirror isn’t going anywhere.
Used these to hang the large bathroom mirror and it makes for a secure mount. I like that they slot together and levelling on the wall was easy with the included bubble. This will give you peace of mind when hanging larger items.

Just right for the job - peace of mind fixing
This was quite easy to use, needing only drill and fix skills. It is a very good solution for hanging a heavy mirror, and quite easy to get it level on the wall. Just make sure you use as many of the holes as possible to screw the hanger into the mirror frame, as these screws effectively bear all the weight. Once it is up, there are no worries about the mirror falling off the wall. (I used with CoreFix fixings for a drylined wall - extra strong.)
