Sturdy barn - smart tech sound
Nice little barn - it connects with smart tech sound - there is currently only one train available with that feature - the barn triggers farm animal sounds.

Expensive for what it is especially as you really need the Smart Tech train to make it work. Luckily we discovered this before my grandson's birthday.

Inappropriate package
I was deeply surprised in a bad way : no package ( box or wrapping) at all. So the toy's box itself was damaged. It could be all right if I would play myself, but i am just too old and it was meant as a gift to my grandson.

The animals’sound does not work
The animals’sound does not work. Our little one is very disappointed and so are we. Looking at the reviews there often seems to be a fault with this item, I wish I had read them before purchasing it. Our son broke the box while opening his birthday present so can’t even return it.

Need a Smart Tech train to work
Bought this for my son's birthday, thinking it was a complete set and didn't need any other accessories. Was disappointed as only the animal heads moved without sound. Thought something was wrong so went online. Turns out you need to buy a Smart Train for the same price as the set!Amazon, you MUST state clearly in the description that this is an accessory to a specific product. I'm not an expert in Brio products so I don't automatically know that it needs a Smart Train, which isn't included! Something like "Smart Train required to work product. Not included!"
