This shaper smooths out your lines nicely and pulls in your belly bulge, making you look better in any form fitting outfit that's thick enough to hide that you're wearing shapewear underneath. (It will work well with most dresses, but not with a skintight outfit like a bodysuit.) It's not going to give you as much size reduction as a corset (no elastic product will), but on the plus side it's comfortable to wear all day. The silicone strips at the waist help to keep it in place without rolling down; I found it stayed up better than other comparable products I have tried.This one is just for the waist, belly, and hips. They have another version that comes down onto the thighs, which you may prefer if you have a problem with thigh chafing or want to pull them in a bit when wearing with pants. You can get it in "nude" or black; both colors work equally well.

I love this shapewear! It’s tight enough where it sucks it all in, and makes everything look smooth, without causing rolls and still being comfortable and I can breathe. I wore it for a wedding and it held up all night through dancing too

I ordered these to wear under high-waisted paints to slim down my tummy, which has started to stick out more in the my 40s. I'm usually a size 12 in pants/jeans, and originally ordered both the XL-XXL and the M-L just to try them both on because the size chart said both should work for me. Both of these sizes barely did any shaping. I went down to the small, and finally saw some shaping. Even in the small size, these were comfortable to wear, and I didn't feel like I was too "sucked in" or uncomfortable. That said, these also shape you far less than the Assets Shapewear you can purchase at Target. If you're looking for ultimate shaping, you may want to look into Spanx or something. For everyday just underneath pants, these work well enough to minimize my lower tummy. But I'm still surprised at how little shaping they offer, even when sizing down. I've only worn them a couple of times with pants, but haven't had any issues with them rolling down. And I will say, they're very comfortable. I like them overall as an everyday option, and for the price, which is more affordable than Spanx.

Runs long and large.

When I pulled this out of the package, I knew it wouldn't fit. Too small!However, I tried it on and was Shocked to see how stretchy it is!It's also surprisingly comfortable! This is an awesome product!

After surgery my dr said I needed to wear Spanx. I purchased a pair and was disappointed. Poor quality for the money. So I tried these. SO HAPPY I did. I live them. Easy to wear, breathable and east to wash. Great value for the money

Shapemint 4x is as effective as promised. I am 330lbs with an obese belly. Shapemint as eliminated the jelly-like jiggle and softens the effects of the folds that are at the sides of my belly. The back went up easily. However, it did take some elbow grease to navigate over my big belly. Beautiful support garment.

I received the product today and by just looking at it, I was worried I would struggle to get it on and it would probably roll down once I did. I tried it on and I am glad to report I was wrong! It’s stretchable and breathable yet holds you in well. Very comfortable! I’m 5’3 and weigh 160. I got size M/L and I’m really happy with my purchase, I would definitely recommend this product.
