Pricey but works
A bit pricey. If does do what it’s supposed to do; makes it a bit quieter, and it does redirect the air in a way that is less likely to blow dust around, but expensive.

Check your diameter.
A lesson in measuring. Even though I missed on the diameter. I found this solution at Lowes plumbing.Remove the rubber grommets and install .It actually works better like this with the small vacuum

Stops dust from being blown around
This piece makes a HUGE difference in stopping dust output from the exhaust of the vacuum and it's quieter too. It fits perfects and is solidly-made. Now I can use this vacuum indoors without any concern for blowing dust all around.
