I’ve used this spray for years. It’s incredibly valuable for calming down kitties!I spray it in my cat’s carrier 10 min before they get in and they no longer whine the entire time they are riding in the car, whether it is for a short ride to the vet or something longer. That, plus an occasional booster spritz right in front of my car’s air vents when they were going full blast, got us through an 11-hour move, without a peep from them!I take it with me whenever I take my cats out of the house. I discreetly spritz a little in the vet’s exam room.I can’t smell anything from it (people aren’t supposed to), except during the initial minute or so after the spray, and then I’m smelling the alcohol propellant that the pheromones are in. That smell goes away very quickly, but you definitely don’t want to spray it on your cat or into your cat’s carrier if he’s in it. In that case, I’d spray Feliway onto a tissue, let the alcohol smell dissipate for a couple min, then add the tissue to the carrier. They say the pheromones last about 4 hours.For us, it’s a cat care necessity. I don’t ever want to be without it!

We had a 17-year-old cat who was getting ill in his last two years. He would let us know about his discomfort by leaving little solid "presents" on the small rug near the front door once a month or so -- and then we'd know it was time to look at the Feliway diffuser. Sure enough, it would be empty. We'd replace it and he'd be his regular, loving self again. Truly a great product, and it helped both our cat and us enjoy his last couple of years. I bought the spray to use with our two kittens and it has helped when we have to confine them to a single room for a couple of hours (lots of work getting done around here so it's sometimes easier to keep them out of the way when the front door is constantly open).

I originally purchased some of this product over 5 years ago. It was a 75 ml bottle for around $17. Now its only a 60 ml bottle and i paid around $25. Its WAS a good product so I wanted to try it out again. So far it’s not helping anything and my cats are now just peeing in new places outside of the litterbox, instead of going in the litterbox area where the pheromone spray has been applied. Oh, ps. I also don’t like that the sprays are so big now; too much product comes out at once and is wasted. The company that makes this should do better. Amazon had very fast shipping to me on this product though, thank you.

Newly adopted kitten was peeing all over the house. We got the plug-ins from Feliway and the spray and all the peeing outside of litter boxes stopped.

My cats don't seem to like this. They will not jump up on any surface that has been sprayed with it or stay there if I set one of them up there. If they see me spray it on the dresser I use as a grooming table, they run and hide (I have never sprayed water on any of them as punishment). I don't know if it calms them down or not. I gave it three stars because of this, but if they won't get near it, it is useless. I'm going to try it the next time I have to take one somewhere in their carrier, so we'll see, I hope!

I’m sure this works for many cats but it did not work for mine sprayed it and whatever area I sprayed it in the cat has not gone to and it’s taken months for her to go back to that spot so I sprayed it on a chair that she usually likes to jump up and sit on she hasn’t sat on that in months House that she goes into sprayed it around in the corners she won’t go anywhere near it it’s taken for three months to get over it now she slowly going back to everything she would have to do it or I sprayed it

After 1st application (1-2 sprays per site), cats stopped marking territory and scratching the cloth furniture. Daughter made the suggestion. High price, but compared to 5-10 areas of cat urine every week or torn up furniture, worth every dime.

I have been using this product for quite some time and it does keep my cat from crying the whole time she is in the carrier for the vet trip. I have taken to using it every morning to get her medication in her. It helps that too. Well worth the money.
