This cream is scentless, goes on smoothly and absorbs quickly. My skin feels like input lotion on it afterwards. I apply it to my abdomen, as instructed by my Naturopathic doctor.I was prescribed this several years ago. It had been a game changer FOR sure. I do have to reduce using it (once a day vs twice) during my cycle. I don't have a period anymore, so I notice my attitude, how my body feels and the calender to know when to reduce it.One really important note: I let my husband know ahead of my reducing. He thanks me. I'm really sensitive to med dosing changes. I get very moody, cranky & am not a person that's fun to be around. My guilty consciousness then kicks in and I feel terrible. I'm working on changing that though. I also experince vaginal dryness & breast tenderness.All in all- it's made such a huge difference in my menoupause transition period. I'm really happy my doctor prescribed this product!

Use under medical supervision! It definitely works. I am ultra sensitive, so my experience may not be yours. My doctor prescribed it for me. I used 1/2 a dose one time a day for 2 days and had to go to the ER from a huge spike in blood pressure, dizziness, etc. It is a clean product aside from the plastic container. Just be mindful of any light headed feelings and blood pressure. You may have a different experience however. I do support this company however for normal people. Lol

definitely notice a difference using this cream

It really works. I had to use it regularly to keep my hot flashes under control. I realized it I couldn't skip a day here and there and still do well. I have to use it twice a day on my wrists, back of knees, inside the bend in my arm, or inner upper arm. It's best to switch your spots up from what my doctor told me, so I switch off on those areas. There are other areas you can use it, like the chest etc. but, I just use the spots above. Since it seems to have to get into the system and you have to keep it using regularly for it to work , you may notice that it takes 3-5 days to get results when you first start using it. So don't give up too soon! I notice that my mood is better when I use it also. I am less edgy and cranky.

I have used this cream off and on for several years. It does increase my progesterone level in my bloodwork, so I know I am absorbing it well. It has a nice subtle natural scent, which is a plus for me since I'm very sensitive to synthetic perfumes.When the tube seems almost empty and I can't squeeze anymore out, I cut it open in the middle and keep the two pieces in a sealed plastic container or bag. There is still a substantial amount of cream available to use that way. The price is a bit high (no matter where you buy it), but I know it is good quality.

i bought progonB-L 4x instead of this becasue the liquid does not have some chemicals i don't like, which this cream does have. plus, i really don't like spreading the cream on my skin. it takes forever to rub in and it's really greasy, whereas the oil rubs in very easily. and you only need two drops of the oil for 40 mg of progestrone vs 1/2 tsp of the cream for 40 mg, so the oil, for me, is easier to use. it's expensive, too, but it works for me -- got rid of hot flashes, and i feel less tired, more energetic. my gynecologist says that taking unapproved hormones is dangerous, but my homeopath says this is a very safe, natural product that's safer than taking synthetic hormones approved by the FDA. I don't know, but I do know that I feel better when i take the bezwecken oil, which uses the same progesterone as this cream, which I really don't like for the reasons stated above. but if they stop making the oil, then i'll use the cream, because i really can't live without this stuff. thank God for Bezwecken! If they take stuff like polysorbate 80 out of this formulation, then i'd like it a lot better.

Bezwecken has given us an effective, bio identical progesterone cream in the Progonol Cream. I’ve tried many progesterone creams and I keep coming back to this brand because it is a little more effective. I am using it to help manage menopause symptoms with good results. The reason I am giving it four instead of five stars is because of the questionable ingredients such as Phenoxyethanol (a preservative) that may have long term negative effects.Overall I think it is one of the best alternative progesterone creams on the market.
